DELIVERY

We will always do our best to ship goods within 3-5 days of received payment and will notify you when your order leaves our hand. We cannot help any "issues" that may occur with the mail service as these are out of our control! Please do e-mail us if your order does not arrive as expected and we will do our best to resolve it. Also if you need your order urgently we will do our best dispatch within 24/48hrs of received payment.

For custom orders the time scale will be confirmed and agreed before you place the order. We can let you know once we receive all your requirements (generally around a week and a half to two weeks unless a larger order).

We use Royal Mail first class to residents of the UK (1-2 working days) and airmail elsewhere (allow up to 5 working days). Unfortunately any custom fees that may be incurred on international orders cannot be our responsibility.

Please check individual listings for postage prices as they may vary. If you would like to request a different service to that suggested, do contact us. In most cases we do not offer insurance, however this can be arranged if you wish.




REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

The products are represented as well as possible so very much hope that you are not disappointed with your chosen item but in the unfortunate event that you are, please let us know and we'll see what we can do to make things better. We will do our best to make sure that all products reach you in perfect condition. We cannot however, be held responsible for severe damages or losses due to post/couriers.

In most cases we are more than happy to offer an exchange within two weeks of dispatch with eligible reasons, however, we're afraid we are unable to pay for the postage of the returned items. Due to the small set up we have, we can't generally offer refunds unless the item was damaged in some way before it left us.

Custom orders cannot be sent back. If you wish to make a large order, purchasing one sample to ensure you are happy before proceeding will be advisable with orders over 5 items.




ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Please note that due to the hand made nature of these products, designs may vary slightly. This can't be helped but if we feel it is a big difference I will inform you accordingly.
